About
606 Systems LLC is a minority- and veteran-owned consulting firm that helps Chicago organizations strengthen their workforce, expand access to training, and modernize the systems that support community growth.

Alongside workforce and modernization consulting, we also provide facility readiness, owner’s representative services, and general contracting support for clients who need to upgrade or prepare their spaces for training, technology, community programs, or operational improvements.

We are not a traditional construction contractor—we coordinate trusted specialists and licensed subcontractors to deliver safe, efficient, and mission-aligned modernization work when physical improvements are needed.

We partner with employers, nonprofits, community organizations, and public agencies across Chicagoland to design practical workforce programs, navigate funding, and execute projects that reduce barriers and serve more people.
